Q: Do you offer in home care/visits?
A: No. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate the needs for in home visits.
Q: How can I make an appointment?
A: Appointments can be made by calling our office at (423)639-1621.
Q: Do you offer grooming services?
A: We do not offer grooming services. However, we do offer nail trims and anal gland expressions.
Q: Do you carry flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives?
A: Yes! We carry both topical and oral preventatives in our office!
Q: Are there foods available to purchase in office?
A: Yes! We carry Hill's Science Diet in house for both our feline and canine friends! We also carry Hill's Science Diet treats!
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, Apple pay, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express!
Q: What species are seen at your clinic?
A: Our office is a small animal clinic that specializes in canine and feline patients!
Q: What do I do after arriving for my appointment?
A: We ask that upon arrival you check in with our receptionist. After checking in you may wait in your vehicle or in our waiting room. If you choose to take advantage of our waiting area, we require all canine and feline patients to be on a leash or in a carrier!

A: We are located in Greeneville, Tennessee at 247 Baileyton Rd. We are conveniently located right off of East Andrew Johnson Hwy.
